An introduction of the VIVA forging company

Who we are

We are a leading Czech industrial forging company founded in 1992 which follows up on the traditions of the Bata forging company which was founded in 1932. We specialize in the production of closed die forgings made of alloyed, microalloyed, carbon and construction steel, including security parts.

Our strategy is based on working with leading European and global companies, with which we build stable and long-term partnerships. We currently have over 400 employees and are among the 5 best employers in the Czech Republic within our category.

What we do

We produce closed die forgings from steel with a good quality/cost ratio. Our products include forgings prepared with high precision and with complex geometry, in small as well as large series, made of standardized as well as special materials. The core of our production is dedicated to the complete preparation of forgings for 4 areas: cars, trucks and utility vehicles, handling technology and hydraulic motors. Some of our production is intended for railways, agriculture, engineering etc.

We provide our customers with complete service for the delivery of closed die forgings – development and construction of a sample forging, its production, finalization – cutting and finishing as well as logistical services. Our current production capacity is 30 thousand tons per year (about 10 million pieces of forgings per year). The development of a new product usually takes 8-12 weeks. The whole production process is meticulously monitored based on the requirements of IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 50001 and our technology is environmentally friendly.
